Prescott Supply is committed to its customers. We want your experience with us to be a pleasant one and if there is any need to return an item we do not want it to be a hassle.

You may return an item in its original condition with in 15 days of your delivery date. We'll give you a refund if the item is a result of our error (incorrect item, defective item, etc.) However, if your return is not due to an error on
our part, we will refund the cost of the item only and a 20% restock fee will be charged. Items that are not in their original condition or returned within the 15 days of the original delivery, will receive a partial refund.
However, all returns are subject to a 20% restock fee.

RETURNING ITEMS
Please e-mail to the return department at mark@prescottsupply.com with either your original order number or the sales order number and the reason for the return. A customer service rep will call or e-mail you with instructions on returning
the item.

Once we have received and inspected you return merchandise and determine that a credit is due, we will process the credit to the original payment method used to purchase the merchandise. You can expect to see the refund within 2-3 weeks.
