Central Steel and Supply Return Policy

Central Steel & Supply is committed to our customers.  We want your experience with us to be a pleasant one and if there is a need to return any items, we do not want it to be a hassle.

You may return any item in itsoriginal conditionwithin 15 days of delivery.  We'll give you a full refund and also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  However, if the return is not due to an error on our part, we will refund the cost of the product only.   Items that are not in their original condition or returned within 15 days of delivery, will receive a partial refund (a small restocking fee will apply).

Steps to return merchandise:
  1. Please call us toll free at 877-825-2772 and speak with one of our customer service representatives or email us atsupport@central-steel.netto obtain your RMA number.

  2. Write the RMA number on a copy of your Packing Slip/Receipt, keeping the original Packing Slip/Receipt for your records.

  3. Provide a telephone number in case we have questions.

  4. Return the merchandise along with the copy of the Packing Slip/Receipt to:

  5. Once we have received and inspected your returned merchandise and determine that a credit is due, we will credit your refund to the payment method you used to purchase the merchandise.  You can expect to see the refund within 2 - 3 weeks.
