Prescott Supply is committed to its customers. We want your experience with us to be a pleasant one and if there is any need to return an item we do not want it to be a hassle. You may return an item in its original condition with in 15 days of your delivery date. We'll give you a full refund if the item is a result of our error (incorrect item, defective item, etc.) However, if your return is not due to an error on are part, we will refund the cost of the item only. Items that are not in their original condition or returned within the 15 days of the original delivery, will receive a partial refund, as a small restocking fee will apply. RETURNING ITEMS Please e-mail to the return department at mark@prescottsupply.com with either your original order number or the sales order number and the preseason for the return. A customer service reprehensive will call or e-mail you with and RMA number and instruction on returning the item. Once we have received and inspected you return merchandise and determine that a credit is due, we will process the credit to the original payment method used to purchase the merchandise.
